After work today I went on a longer trail run and it was fantastic. Whipping through the trees, dipping, ducking, dodging, and weaving all around its an absolutely amazing feeling that words just cannot do justice. I noticed while I was out that hills are becoming less of a terror… I’ve made it a point over the past few months to run TOWARD every hill I can find, I can now say that all the hills are paying off. Ascending each hill today I found myself pushing harder and faster than ever before.

I knocked out a good 8.7 miles today. I can’t rely on RunKeeper because I stopped to do some PT and forgot so pause it, but at mile 6 I knocked out 100 burpees. Then finished the run. When I made it back home I did 100 crunches, 50 reverse dips, and 2 sets of 10 incline dumbbell flys to immediate close chest press.
